Warranty Policy

Warranty Scope

Shimono Elite warrants to the original purchaser that the Shimono Elite Mizu V1 (the “Product”) will be free from defective workmanship and materials. At its discretion, Shimono Elite will either repair or replace the defective product or parts at no charge to the purchaser during the extended coverage period.

Exclusions

This warranty does not apply to cosmetic items, exterior casing, or optional accessories. It does not cover damage resulting from improper voltage, misuse, abnormal service, or units that have been altered or modified in design or construction.

Maintenance Requirement

To maintain warranty validity, the purchaser must follow the Operation Manual. Specifically, for the Mizu V1, the electrolysis chamber must be kept clean using authorised cleaning protocols. Failure to perform routine maintenance may void this coverage.

Authorised Service

This warranty is the sole and exclusive remedy available to the purchaser. Shimono Elite shall not be liable for any damages or defects caused by repairs performed by anyone other than an authorised Shimono Elite service representative.

Tampering & 3rd Party Parts

Any unauthorised tampering with the machine’s internal components or the use of non Shimono authorised filters will immediately void this warranty.

Geographic Limitation

This Shimono Elite Care+ is valid solely for machines purchased and used within Malaysia. Damage incurred outside of Malaysia (including issues caused by incorrect voltage or water quality not meeting standard municipal supply specifications) is not covered.

Incidental Damages

Shimono Elite is not responsible for any incidental or consequential damages, including loss of use or water damage to property.

Transferability

This Extended Warranty is Non-Transferable unless express written permission has been provided by Shimono Elite.

Service Requirement

Please have your Model and Serial Number ready when seeking service. You may present your original proof of purchase to assist with verification. Warranty status will be confirmed via the Shimono Elite system.

Out of Warranty

If the machine is found to be out of the warranty period or the defect is caused by excluded factors, standard repair and labour charges will apply. An estimate will be provided before any work commences.

Every Shimono Elite Mizu V1 comes with a standard 5-year warranty covering parts and labour. For extended peace of mind, you may upgrade to the Elite Care+ plan an additional 3 years of coverage commencing immediately upon expiry of your standard warranty.

* Elite Care+ must be purchased separately at RM350. Coverage begins immediately after the standard 5 year warranty expires.
