If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase. We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.

The following terms are applicable for any products that you purchased with Us.

Our Policy

At Shimono Elite, we are committed to ensuring every customer receives their product in perfect condition. As the Mizu V1 is a premium health appliance, we do not offer cash refunds. However, if you experience any issue with your purchase, we are here to help every case will be thoroughly investigated and resolved through repair or replacement where applicable.

Defective or Damaged Upon Arrival

If your product arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. We will review your case and determine the appropriate resolution either a repair or a replacement unit. Claims raised after 3 days of receipt may not be eligible for consideration.

To be eligible, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The product is unused and in its original packaging
  • The defect or damage was present upon arrival and not caused by misuse
  • Proof of purchase is provided upon request

Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return or replacement:

  • Products that have been used, installed, or activated
  • Products damaged due to improper voltage, misuse, or unauthorised modifications
  • Products with missing or damaged original packaging due to customer handling
  • Claims raised after 3 days of receiving the product

How to Raise a Claim

To raise a defect or damage claim, please contact our support team. Once your case is reviewed and approved, we will arrange for the product to be repaired or replaced. Please note that shipping costs for returning the product to us are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable courier service as we are unable to be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

* Please note that the shipping cost will be your responsibility. Once your warranty claim is approved, we will arrange for the repair or replacement of your product. If the product can be repaired, we will handle the necessary repairs. If the product cannot be repaired, it will be replaced with a new one.
